Delivery by Fed Ex of Online Purchases

We are pleased to use FedEx, one of the leading dispatch companies, for the delivery of items purchased online.

UPON DELIVERY

Please check the item(s) ordered and sign for them as being in good condition when FedEx delivers to you.

In the unlikely event of any problem, damage, missing items etc, please make a note of this on the delivery note that you sign and then contact TOPMARKS within 48 hours.

SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

When you place an order online, the website asks if you have any special delivery instructions. So if your home is particularly difficult to find, if you want FedEx to deliver to a neighbour, or simply want your door bell to be rung three times, please let us know. We will pass this onto FedEx for their delivery driver.

ORDER TRACKING

FedEx is one of the best delivery companies in the UK.  There is order tracking so you can follow progress with your order.  Details are sent to you when you make a purchase online.

DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE PURCHASES

If you have purchased more than one item, they will be delivered together in a single delivery. This means that if some items are in stock but one item is a special order, the package will not be sent to you until all items are with us and ready to go.

DAMAGED GOODS

Every item is personally checked by TOPMARKS staff (that means one of our directors or our shop manager, there is nobody else!) before being packed and sent via FedEx. It is very unlikely that anything will be damaged or go missing in transit, but if this does happen, please note it on the delivery note and contact TOPMARKS within 48 hours.
